LubeXpress Technician A LubeXpress Technician is a light duty automotive technician responsible for performing oil changes, vehicle inspections, and light duty repairs such as filters, light bulbs, batteries, and wipers. LubeXpress technicians are responsible for communicating their findings to the service writer performing additional repairs as needed. LubeXpress technicians assist in maintaining a clean work environment throughout their work area, the shop, and sales area. Previous experience is always welcomed, but not required. Customer satisfaction is everything at our company. Our employees share in the responsibility to make sure our shop is using "best practices" and our customers receive the service that keeps them coming back. Responsibilities include Maintaining our reputation of integrity, honesty, trust, and excellent service Changing oil, inspecting vehicles and communicating findings to service writers to update customers of repairs and maintenance needed Perform repairs and maintenance in a quality and timely manner and verify all repairs and concerns have been addressed to customers satisfaction Assist in maintaining a clean work environment throughout shop and sales area Requirements Valid driver license and meet our shop liability requirements Punctual and dedicated Can do mentality, willing to learn An understanding that customer service is top priority Positive, high energy personality Productive, problem solving skills, attention to detail Availability to work Saturday Benefits Competitive pay based on experience 5 day work week Paid time off Full time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance and IRA Job type Full time Part time
